5. Stretching your ankle
Use an exercise ball for this ankle stretch. Hook one foot on the ball and press your toe towards the floor. You will definitely feel this stretch and should repeat it about ten times. Remember to hook the ball around the leg of your chair.

6. Using a tennis ball
Place a tennis ball under your feet and roll it gently. Repeat for each foot. After the exercise, your feet should lean upwards, and your toes face downwards. You will feel an instant relaxation after this exercise.
